Contracting opportunities for the Southern Delivery System (SDS), Colorado Springs Utilities and many other agencies in Colorado may be found by accessing the e-Purchasing website at www.rockymountainbidsystem.com. Please visit the website and click on the Vendor Registration link if you are not already an active registrant.

This system offers free access and a reasonably priced subscription service options that provide the added benefit of electronic notifications of formal solicitation opportunities in your selected areas of interest. The Bid Opportunities link will allow you to view all SDS solicitations without registration, however you need to register to download details about each package.
